We want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your KEF products in their original manufacturer's packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a successful inspection.

• 3.
  Ship to KEF

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the contents of your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
